If I had no weekend functions to attend I would be catatonic, only getting out of bed to use the bathroom. It seemed like the first few days I didn’t really notice much except I would wake up in the mornings feeing slightly nauseous. Then about a month or so in I started getting tremors in my upper body and I could sense them coming on a few hours before waking up every single morning and I try so hard to just sleep through them. Then eventually I’ll toss and turn and no matter what position I sleep in it hurts my body. Then I’ll wake up to horrible pain in my back, neck and shoulders. I wouldn’t take it ever again and I’m only on 25mg so I’m hoping to get off really soon! ""Started with 50mg for 4 months but felt like it wasn't doing anything.

Also known as Zoloft The following information is NOT intended to endorse drugs or recommend therapy. While these reviews might be helpful, they are not a substitute for the expertise, skill, knowledge and judgement of healthcare practitioners in patient care. Sertraline, sold under the trade name Zoloft among others, is an antidepressant of the selective. Serious side effects include an increased risk of suicide in those less than 25 years old and serotonin syndrome. A 1998 review suggested that, due to its pharmacology, sertraline may be more efficacious than other SSRIs.

Sertraline is used for a number of conditions, including major depressive disorder (MDD), obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder (SAD). The comparative efficacy of sertraline and TCAs for melancholic depression has not been studied. A 1998 review suggested that, due to its pharmacology, sertraline may be more efficacious than other SSRIs and equal to TCAs for the treatment of melancholic depression. A meta-analysis of 12 new-generation antidepressants showed that sertraline and escitalopram are the best in terms of efficacy and acceptability in the acute-phase treatment of adults with unipolar MDD. Sertraline used for the treatment of depression in elderly (older than 60) patients was superior to placebo and comparable to another SSRI fluoxetine, and TCAs amitriptyline, nortriptyline (Pamelor) and imipramine. Sertraline had much lower rates of adverse effects than these TCAs, with the exception of nausea, which occurred more frequently with sertraline. In addition, sertraline appeared to be more effective than fluoxetine or nortriptyline in the older-than-70 subgroup. placebo in elderly patients showed a statistically significant (that is, unlikely to occur by chance), but clinically very modest improvement in depression and no improvement in quality of life. A meta-analysis on SSRIs and SNRIs that look at partial response (defined as at least a 50% reduction in depression score from baseline) found that sertraline, paroxetine and duloxetine were better than placebo. I had to slowly put myself into situations that previously made me very anxious, this drug truly helped!!! Completely eliminated anxiety disorder characterized by panic attacks and generalized anxiety after dosage of 50 mg/day was taken. This information is not vetted and should not be cosidered as clinical evidence. Downsside was that while on 25 mg/day start up dose for the first 7 days anxiety was extremely worsened and almost unbearable. While I definitely did notice some improvement in my depression, I believe that Zoloft is far from being a truly effective antidepressant drug. Patient taking 50 mg/day for generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks. Anxiety extremely heightened and patient almost disscontinued med because of it. My depression had somewhat subsided and my panic attacks were less severe, albeit not completely gone. Hung in there and pill started to decrease and finally eliminate anxiety.

This piece is based on two talks I gave in the spring of 2005 -- one at the O'Reilly ETech conference in March, entitled "Ontology Is Over Rated", and one at the IMCExpo in April entitled "Folksonomies & Tags: The rise of user-developed classification." The written version is a heavily edited concatenation of those two talks. Today I want to talk about categorization, and I want to convince you that a lot of what we think we know about categorization is wrong. In particular, I want to convince you that many of the ways we're attempting to apply categorization to the electronic world are actually a bad fit, because we've adopted habits of mind that are left over from earlier strategies. I also want to convince you that what we're seeing when we see the Web is actually a radical break with previous categorization strategies, rather than an extension of them. The second part of the talk is more speculative, because it is often the case that old systems get broken before people know what's going to take their place. (Anyone watching the music industry can see this at work today.) That's what I think is happening with categorization. What I think is coming instead are much more organic ways of organizing information than our current categorization schemes allow, based on two units -- the link, which can point to anything, and the tag, which is a way of attaching labels to links. I need to provide some quick definitions, starting with ontology. Buying Viagra In New Zealand.
