    Plaquenil, a warning. lupus - reddit Hello all, My wife had Lupus and was taking Plaquenil 200mg daily. I hesitated posting this because, unfortunately, I don’t have a happy ending. But I think everyone taking Plaquenil needs to know the risks. My wife passed away in July from Hydroxychloroquine Plaquenil Intoxication. Apparently this is very rare like 5 people in the world.

    Has anyone lost their period due to plaquenil.
