    Any one using Methotrexate?" Lupus Community - Support Group Hi JJinIN- I am recently diagnosed with lupus. My rheumatologist prescribed plaquenil, neurontin, prednisone, methotrexate, folic acid, and reglan. I take 7.5mg of the methotrexate weekly and I started three weeks ago. I have had no problems at all with nausea, diarrhea, or any other symptoms.
