    Hydroxychloroquine - has anyone encountered bleached hair. Dec 01, 2011 Hair pigment changes are uncommon with hydroxychloroquine Plaquenil, but most certainly can occur. They can also occur with chloroquine, a related drug. I have included a reference for interest.
